Kenya consumers need answers from DSTV on high subscription costs

Why? The only good thing about DSTV is the English Premier League over the weekends (For me at least)......rest of the viewing is repeat programs all day every day! Not worth more that we're already paying for; should be revised downwards instead!!!

The prices are extremely high. Thinking of switching to high speed internet thay cost less and streamline directly from the internet.

This is an absolute rip off. Most of the programmes are repeated and have become a bore and almost predictable. We need to boycott their services and see how much income they shall be making. Moving the EPL to ss5 was a statement of intent. Perhaps we also need to send them one statement that will make them appreciate the Kenyan market.

DSTv need to rethink their business model in Kenya. My access package will rise to 1000/ from October, anyone who has this knows it is very limited.

I cant afford my compact plus...

I have been fighting a lone wolf battle with DSTV since April 2015 when without notice the company removed SS5 from Compact Bouquet to Compact Plus. Now it's time we as consumers sought for protection. Regards.
