There rates are overboard

The rates are exploitative and based on a wrong business model.Dstv guys need a rethink

Dstv should stop taking advantage of Kenyan's. I agree they should reduce the charges and air quality and current programs

So many repeats and then you just stop some of the favourite series with no warning - Casualty/Eastenders!

moving all bpl live matches to ss5 just to force those on compact plus to go to premium was a new low for me....cant even speak of the insane prices.

This increase is not warranted. So many programes are very old and out date. Programmes are also repeated continually. There is absolutely nothng worth watching except for news. Give some value for money before you ask fr mre. We are seriously considering giving it up completely.

I agree that the subscription costs are far to high. The quality of the programs, apart from sports, is not good enough.

DSTV is overrated and over priced and are not interested in the customers wants and needs.

I hate the fact that over 30% of the channels in my package are in languages that I don't understand (chinese,italian,portguese) and they lack subtitles!

Their rates should come down.
