Do pay school fees for our children or transport to work or if need be our house help. Am now seriously regrettable subscription of Dstv. Either they become competitive and work on volumes or we quit and find solutions from Arabic free to air channels. Am really fed up.

We prefer to pay for selective channels eg supersport package
Also consider other providers coming into the market.

DStv, GOtv and the entire Multichoice Group must learn to be accountable and sensitive to its customers. From signal failure to premature disconnection to refusal to respond to and solve consumer concerns to use of fictitious customer (dis)service telephone numbers, to overpricing to dirty and unfair market practices, DStv must be brought on trial by whatever means necessary: Court of Law or court of public opinion.
