Kenya consumers need answers from DSTV on high subscription costs

It is too damn expensive. Also disappointed that Compact Plus gets a raw deal. The idea of paying extra was to get 2 get football channels.

This is robbery considering the poor customer care services, bad reception when it rains and many unnecessary programs plus they do repeat movies alot

I am on premium and with a PVR Decorder. This latest incremenet in subscription fee is unwarranted against 1) repeated programmes 2) weak signals in bad weather 3) a bunch of channels that I dont need. I also want Discovery Science HD and BBC Earth HD back on my channels list. Surely, we need value for money
