Whereas thematic license plates demonstrate to the world the values of the driver, and promote those values to all who see the license plate,
We the undersigned formally request the creation of a Nursing License Plate to be sold to Kentucky drivers.
Come on, people. "Friends of Coal" has a plate! It's high time Nurses also be recognized on our roadways!

I have been hearing from so many of you who want a simple way to show pride in your profession while driving across our state. I am currently reaching out to local representatives to discuss how we can turn this idea into a reality on our bumpers. Your stories about why this matters are exactly what I need to keep pushing this forward.

Seeing this level of support reminds me how much my fellow nurses deserve this recognition on the road. It feels incredible to witness so many people agreeing that our work belongs on a license plate right alongside the other groups represented in this state.

I now have Indiana RN plates, when it is time to renew this fall in Kentucky since I have moved Would like to continue to support the nursing organization And I am proud to be a nurse and serve others where God put me!!!
I am a RN and nursing is an awesome profession. We should be represented by a special license plate in KY by all means
I am currently a nursing student and I have always wondered why Kentucky doesn’t offer a nursing/healthcare plate. Hopefully we can get more people to participate and support this petition.
There is a license plate for linemen ... but not one for nurses? Can we be important, too? Thank you!
I have wondered this for yeard!! I have been a nurse for 37 years. Its about time.

I lived in Tennessee for 12 years and loved having the nursing license plate I am proud of my profession. Kentucky needs to do the same! Thanks
