I request that Kentucky modify our cottage laws allowing home based kitchens to sell non-hazardous baked goods

Please modify our cottage laws...Other states, such as Maryland, have less restrictive laws and function very well!

The antiquated laws in KY right now are restrictire and nonsensical for today's economy. There is a high degree of interest in the flexibility offered by cottage laws. It's time to step up, KY!

I am currently in Culinary Arts school, fully certified, and will be graduating soon. Being able to start my own small business from home would save me so much money and allow me to more effectively pay off student loans. Let's make the economy better! Cupcakes for everyone!
