Like the Gov. Said few yrs ago"Ky cupboards are bare"...it should not be made so difficult to practice our craft, our baking passion and wait, wait .A needless disparity. We ARE the people. Ive waited since 1970 Comeon Ky,Run for the roses!

This is law would help so many families and help bring more income to the state as well! We need to support more local and home based businesses

I live in the house of one of the best bakers around and happen to know that her house is way cleaner than a restraunt or bakery in town as far as the ones I've seen. So why not just have someone come inspect the houses just like a restraint would be and if good let me do their cakes cupcakes and other thing.

This is how some small businesses get started, out of someone's home. Why not help the economy?

Such an easy, safe and economical way to aid the economy and those who use their kitchens to produce their products. If you haven't experienced one of Hallie Hedgespeth Siewert ' s cakes, passage of this law will give you a chance. Otherwise she can't bake.

This appears to be sound economic legislation.

I think Tootle,Bug should be allowed to continue baking her amazing cakes. She is so talented and people love her and her cakes.

Baking from home shouldn't be illegal.
