The momentum generated by this petition has now reached a level that necessitates a formal response from the Union Council. I am currently drafting a letter to the leadership to request a review of existing voting regulations before the next election cycle begins.

This is exactly why so many people dont bother voting in these things. It feels rigged.
Its pretty shady when someone is standing right there watching you click the button. Defeats the whole point of a secret ballot.
Fix this! It makes me really uncomfortable when candidates hover over me while I'm trying to vote.
needs to be fair for everyone. stop letting them pressure people into voting on the spot
About time this changed. Ive seen people basically intimidating others to vote for them right in the library. Not okay.
