This is to Petition for the installation of a Traffic Signal at the following intersection in Staten Island, NY 10312 (Kennilworth Avenue & Arhur Kill Road). This Intersection Deems to be a danger for cars exiting Kennilworth Avenue into Arthur Kill Road.
Currently there is a stop sign exiting Kennilworth Avenue that does nothing for the safety of drivers, pedestrians, and young JCC Students crossing the street of the busy Arthur Kill Road.
