Our names are Samson & Delovis Olaode. We have been members of The Father’s House for the past 15 years. Our son Kenneth Jones is incarcerated. Recently the current governor, David A. Patterson, sent a memo to inmates in NYS. This memo asked any inmate who felt that they were deserving of clemency, should appeal to the governor for early release. Nothing is guaranteed, but everything is possible through Christ Jesus.
Our son, Kenneth Jones, is a deserving inmate. He has completed all of the programs mandated by NYS Corrections; he is an active member of the Volunteer Mentoring Program, Worship Leader and Program Instructor. Kenneth received an sentencing of 11 years for a first offense of robbery 2nd. He received 11 years because he was absent during sentencing. No weapons were used during this crime and $100.00 was stolen. There were two other defendants who were charged with this offense who were sentenced to 6 years and have since been released.
Kenneth has served 6 years of his sentencing and deserves be released early. Please sign this Petition for his early release.

Governor Patterson is still ignoring the mountain of evidence that Kenneth has earned his freedom. We are sending another packet of documentation to the office today to make sure they cannot ignore how much he has changed. Stay angry and keep pushing because the system only moves when we force it to.

Praying for you Kenneth!! You have done the work and God sees that.
The system is broken. He paid his dues and taught others while inside. Bring him home now.
Enough is enough. Give the boy his life back.
11 years is way too long for a first offense. Let the man come home to his family.
I know Kenneth and he is not the same person from back then. He has worked hard to turn things around. Release him.
