As a young girl, I’ve always shown an interest for Asian culture, and aspire to become an interpreter for Mandarin. Thus, throughout my high school experience, I’ve made it my mission to make sure I attend Middlebury College, a selective school well-known for their stellar international studies program. I have recently been waitlisted, but if you sign this petition, perhaps the power of everyone’s words will move me up the waitlist and straight to acceptance!

I’d like to show my “attitude of gratitude” to everyone that has helped me get this far in my journey: my supportive family and friends, my countless EMERGE mentors, and Dr. Mark T. Villa, a plastic surgeon and Middlebury alumnus. Now, it’s time to turn that “passion into action!”
