If the performance of SPM n PT3 improves every year fora each subjects... That would justify. But the resuls are all getting worst esp science sibjects. What is the justification on merit n school academic performance that had deteriorates over the years to increase school fees.

There is no reason that warrants the increase in fees if the quality of service remains or in some cases deteriorating.
