Reference: Variance Request V17-0006 Before Spotsylvania Board of Appeals

As a member of the Waterside Property Owners Association (WPOA), I understand the request for the variance to the 5 foot set back with respect to the deck and stairs of the detached garage on Lot 11 which adjoins the WPOA Common Area. I support this request for variance.
