The residents of North Olmsted that have a disability have difficulty with day to day activities. How are we expected to take care of our large trash recepticles every week? We pay a very large tax bill every year to live in this city and now we are expected to take a risk with our own lives to take out our trash each week. Is this really fair? I do not think so. Something needs to be done about this before someone with a disability gets hurt.
