These fabric domes do not belong in a Residential Area. Developers should meet the minimum requirements of the Keller Development Code.

Bubble domes, especially directly on Keller Smithfield, will be unattractive year round. Please do not approve this variance.

I am a 17+ year resident of Keller. I urge with all due respect that the City Council reject the "Dome" indoor tennis courts. I am all for developing that property, and the North as a whole, however if this "Dome" structure is allowed it would forever negatively impact the surrounding residents property value. I would add that this far exceeds the term "Variance", this is a complete departure from the outlined building codes already in place for this area. A well planned and developed tennis club could be attractive and support the growth of Keller, this proposal however should be denied soundly!

While I with everyone on residential, looks and etc I would like to add to the safety of these structures, maintaining them, safety inspections, safe distance from homes, do they plan to train first responders on a rapid response on dome failure

There is no way that these monstrosities should be allowed, especially in a residential neighborhood.

I am a 34 year resident in Keller. I am totally opposed to allowing bubble domes for the Dent tennis courts. Indoor courts are welcome only if the buildings are built within the guidelines set by city codes. All Keller home owners are held to building requirements. These courts are in the heart of a RESIDENTIAL environment. Therefore, these indoor courts shall also be held to the same required building codes.

Why would you approve this in your neighborhood? It's a commercial facility that should be in a commercial area not a residential area.

These types of large commercial structures should not be allowed in residential areas because of the threat to the investment of nearby property owners. Frankly I feel that a project of this scale even with conventional building materials should only be built in predominantly commercial districts.

Keller is such a peaceful city. I love the country feel and would hate that to go away. The domes do not belong here!

This is an outrage! How dare the city council, developer and anyone else involved to bring such a monstrosity to the city of Keller! Clearly a selfish act without regard to what this will mean to the homeowners in the area. You should all be embarrassed to even be considering this ridiculousness!

I oppose the bubble dome structure. Get the investors to build a proper building. If they don't have the money now, build the proper foundation now so that they can build a nice brick/stone building enclosure in a couple of years when they are getting the ROI on this.
