EDD has denied me my unemployment benefits due to lies & deceit reported to the EDD from my prior Employer, ConAm Management. This company hides behind their representatives to fight their EDD claims as to avoid telling the real truth. I worked hard for ConAm Management for almost 2 years when they terminated me, & told my family & I we had 3 days to vacate. I worked long hours for which I was never compensated for, nor did I ever ask to be compensated. I gave 110 % in return to be treated with such gross disrespect. Why is it that our EDD benefits that we so work hard for, that we wholeheartedly deserve, that is decided at the hands of crooked Employers. I have a family to support & ConAm Management has caused a great deal of hardship to my family. I was terminated for false accusations & had no documentation to prove nothing. I feel I was wrongly accused of things that were just simply not true. I deserve my unemployment benefits. This ordeal has caused great stress & financial hardship.
