The rumors about a trade are constant and honestly exhausting. I am doing everything I can to get our message straight to the front office because we need to keep him in Ottawa.

The momentum behind this has become impossible to ignore even when the days feel long. Seeing this kind of support reminds me why we started this fight in the first place.

Management really has no idea what they are doing. Vermette is a stud in the faceoff circle. Keep him.
