The trolley servivce at East Lindsey District Council, Tedder Hall, and its operators have been an institution since beginning. There are now steps being put in place to stop the trolley service, and revert to soley serving refreshments in the Emergency Planning Centre (EPC). This is not fair as often some employees do not have the time to visit the EPC, and the trolley gives a brief respite and chance for refreshment during a busy day.
