Why do we need expensive Traffic lights when the stop signs are more than adequate? Stop trying to spend taxpayer money needlessly!

So once again a government plan to spend more money and blindly step in and do more harm than good. No thanks.

The stop signs have worked! We've had no accidents at that intersection since they were put in. There's no need to spend money on this issue anymore!!!!

Enough already!

I use that road twice a day, every day, and I see no reason to remove the stop signs. If something works, why try to improve on it. Oh, I forgot, this is the government's plan!

Why spend more money to solve a problem that has already been fixed?

The current 4-way stop sign is working well. In other cases I'm in favor of traffic lights over stop signs becasue it allows some traffic to keep flowing without requiring every car to stop. But in the case of this intersection, I believe the stop signs are a better answer. A traffic light will encourage some people to play "beat the light" which will result in unsafe condtions in that intersection. I pass through that intersection twice a day, and whle stopping is a pain, it is a much safer circumstance than it used to be. This is also a good, low-cost solution.

If they put a traffic light in this location, I will not be able to get out of my driveway.
