TBP is a wonderful business. They are hard working honest folks with a family of clients who are all serious professionals.

This place is amazing and affordable for bands just starting out. I've come here many times and would love to continue to do so.

It would be a great loss to the community if That British Place were forced to close it's doors. I have been a patron for seven years now and have always found the owners respectful, honest and reliable and the studios well maintained, safe, clean and comfortable.

There are few places that allow musicians to rehearse freely and comfortably. TBP is one of the rare gems in all of Southern California.

I live in Santa Monica and have been going here for almost ten years. It is a clean and respectful establishment and offers a device otherwise unheard of west of the 405

That British Place has hosted my band, Honor Flow Productions on numerous occasions for our rehearsals in the past. They have always been professional and hands on making sure we were ready for our next show. In a business, and more so a country which is driven by the small business, That British Place should not lose the opportunity to offer their services to the music community due to push out by corporations. This is wrong and against the ideas of building opportunity in the USA. Let them play on!

Been here to watch friends practice, and loved the place. The rooms sound great, and you don't get bleed over audio from other rooms. When you walk in you get this feeling you would expect from an establishment that's been an industry secret for decades. Seriously hope that those doors stay open.

The Britsh Place is an integral part of the arts/music scene in Los Angeles. To lose such a critical part of our scene would devastate an already delicate scene. The fact that yet another tech company is pushing the them out with unfounded complaints is disappointing, as TBP owners and staff have always been respectful and good to everyone.

I live in Santa Monica, and That British Place has -- for the last five years for me -- been a highly useful and amazing place. There is no other offering in the Santa Monica area for musicians like this, never mind one that is this well run by such friendly, caring, and cool people. Both Zoe and Gaz are two of the most level-headed, kind, and respectful business owners I've dealt with (and I deal with a lot of very expensive recording and movie studios). Losing That British Place would be devastating to the local musical community here in Santa Monica, and more art and creativity is what we need to make this a more vibrant area. Please keep That British Place open.

I've known Gaz for over 20 years and as true British person he's kind consideration and willingness to fit in and to accommodate other people needs, even if it makes life harder for him is amazing, he has an out look on life that I'd driven towards peace and love for the fellow man no matter what race religion or beliefs, After all he is English university educated and believe me that's no mean feat as they are pretty strict universities in Egland, you have to have respect and be damn hard working to get into one.
Which is why I can't believe accusations and lies about Gaz and Zoe's business can be true, it goes against everything they stand for and worked for to part of your community
If you do loose they're business from your community because of having to relocate it will be a great loss for them but most of all for your community as a whole

The studio has been invaluable when my band and I spent countless hours honing our skills, bonding, and creating, what we felt, was great music.
Losing this place would be losing an integral part of the music community.
