This is dumb it was a stupid mistake but to much is being put on the back of coach Metzger! Let's think about this how many games had we won before he came compared to how many since he has came that's what you all should be thinking about!

Coach Metzger has taught myself and the rest of our football family about how to, not only, become a great tribe, but also how to become better men. Character has always been his goal for our team. Not only because he says it, but because he shows it with his actions. The players recognize it, as well as the community. Pinecrest Football is a family and we've always got each others back, no matter what. No title taken from Coach Metzger could ever change that.

Outrageous. Coach Metzger deserves to be at Pinecrest, he's built the program from the ground up and has changed many lives, he's taught us discipline, character, work ethic, how to set goals, and how to be successful.

It would be a huge mistake to believe you could find a better coach and man than Chris Metzger to teach, lead, and coach young men and women in our community. All this due to a lapse of Moore county high school paperwork protocol, really??!!!!

This coach has done the most for this football program than anyone I know. He makes sure that thier school work is. Done and grades are up. If not they go to Saturday school. I am very glad that my son was in this program, and I hope the coach will be there when my other son goes to Pinecrest . God bless this man

Coach Metzger is a tremendous example for the Pinecrest Community, for his players and as a football coach. I would have a difficult time believing that the community would be positively impacted with his release. It would be tragic for the football and athletic program and a travesty in dealing with person who has done so much for Pinecrest High School.
