If ASU bends to leftist pressure groups and blocks Kyle from enrolling because he lawfully defended himself against murderous politically motivated leftist attackers Kyle can sue for conspiracy to suppress civil rights under the 1965 Civil Rights Acts, and hold not just ASU responsible but also the individual leftists who are trying to block his access to public facilities. This conspiracy is a crime as well as a tort under the 64-65 Acts. The criminal Biden administration will not enforce that law, but Kyle can still become as rich as Nick Sandmann by suing his criminal tormentors into oblivion.

Hopefully ASU won’t violate Kyle’s rights. He has just as much right to attend ASU as anyone else. I’d certainly hate to see ASU discriminate against a person who is innocent of all crime and was forced to engage in self defense to save their own life because uneducated students don’t understand the law. Maybe instead of engaging in discrimination, the school should require a class in law, civil rights and the bill of rights for the students who oppose Kyle’s exercising his rights as an American citizen.

I am an ASU alumni and I fully support that Kyle Rittenhouse has every right to be a student at ASU. In addition, he should have the full support of the University. The accusations being made against Kyle in order to defame him are factually baseless, which was proven in a court of law, by video evidence, and by the testimony of not only impartial witnesses, but by the prosecutor’s star witness. There is zero evidence that Kyle is a racist, White Supremacist, or member of any militia. Those accusations are patently false! And, the video evidence shows Kyle literally running away from his attackers as he was forced to defend himself against three older men, who all had violent criminal records, one even trying to kill him with a gun. So it is also patently false that Kyle is a “bloodthirsty murderer”. He only defended himself which is the most basic human right. It is clear that these Marxist student groups are making these false accusations purely for political theater, just as they have done this year with the Senator and the boys trying to study in the multicultural center who were attacked on video for being the wrong color. I can hardly believe that I am having to say this in 2021, but allowing or encouraging any kind of racism is immoral and wrong! Racism cannot be overcome with more racism. And the Marxist argument that racism against white people is not racism is a circular argument and disingenuous on its face. Universities are supposed to be places where people with different ideas and backgrounds can debate with each other and obtain critical thinking skills from their professors in the process. My experience with ASU and my professors was incredible. Giving in to these Marxist groups who are making unfair demands based on the debunked lies about Kyle, perpetuated by our media and politicians is just cowering to intolerance.
