He is innocent and deemed so by the 12 citizens on the jury. You can’t argue with the opinions of 12 people. It’s how the system works. You can reject their verdict but it will stand regardless of your opinion

ASU must follow Title IX, which protects against harassment based on race, creed, color, etc. By calling Kyle a "white supremacist" and stating that he is "descended from white murderers," they not only violate Title IX, but also their own policies against harrassment (e.g.; ACD 401: Prohibition Against Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation.) All of Kyle's harrassers should not only be ejected from their employment/enrollment at ASU, they should also be investigated for "Group Bullying" (aka; "mobbing") which, if not against ASU policy, should be.

My son is a student at ASU. He nor I would have any problems with Kyle being on campus. I'd be really upset if ASU denied him as he has been exonerated.
