Keep small business owners in business. They have invested everything to provide a decent living for them and family members. Walmart,Dillons and QT are doing just fine the way laws are now. Please don"t destroy the lives of these people who risked everything and have become successful..

A BiG NO to the box stores. Keep the money in Kansas! Small business will be hurt. All the big box stores want, is to run everyone out of business. Look around, you know who it is.

I am writing to ask you to vote NO on this bill. This would most likely cause my store and many others like it to close. Lets keep our money here and support our local citizens instead of supporting the out of state owned box stores. They have already hurt enough small businesses here. Thanks for listening. The big chain stores are all in favor of putting liquor in their stores. The money from these chains will go out of the state of Kansas. This bill will also close family owed liquor stores,and will also lose jobs in Kansas. Vote no on the liquor bill

I really think they should keep full strength alcohol out of grocery stores und gas stations. For numerous reasons. That's like saying "lets put a smoke shop in Walmart." Both are dumb ideas. Not only that, but the "access" minors could have to the stronger stuff will likely result in increased theft, making it a "general" store loss und ruining the fun for everyone. Und I don't mean in the aspect of everyone who buys the full strength alcohol at the store. I literally mean everyone who shops there, even if they're coming in for some damn toilet paper. With any increased theft in any store, security is only going to get tighter und tighter, und pretty soon choke the life out of it's customers because it makes going to that particular store more of a hassle than it's worth. That's also tons of jobs that people in this state rely on, where Kansas is still suffering from high unemployment rates in many towns/cities. Opting in for corporate take over for basically all alcohol is going to only increase that rate of unemployment.
