It says you have to be in this county and a registered voter to sign. I have a friend (family lives in this nursing home) wanting me to sign. Is that ok? Is this just to show support or is it legal/official? I’ve seen petitions thrown out over “false” signatures and don’t want to mess anything up.

Keep this nursing home going. It's a good one. My grandma lived here many years ago and the staff were excellent.

From what I heard, river Bluff is the most affordable nursing care facility in the area. My mother was at Wesley Willows, and the care there was not the greatest. The cost was astronomical. I know people who have family members at RB, and they are extremely happy.

River Bluff Nursing Home should NOT be closed!!!! There’s DEFINITELY a need for people in this community for elderly care who have no financial means to hire care for themselves!!!!

The Rockford community has a history and tradition of caring for those less fortunate. While fiscal considerations are important, so to are moral considerations. There but for the grace of God go I. Let us continue to provide the basic necessities for our fellow citizens in need.

I think it’s terrible to go after places that A mother , or a Father who created you to be punished for states budgets due to Mayer’s , governors or state legislator’s none effectiveness . Take a look at Colorado , NY , Nevada - how proactive and logical they are .
