I have a parent at RBNH, I have seen over the last year the struggles of the CNA's and the work load. This has nothing to do with patients and it is not fair that they will be the ones losing in the end. RBNH should not be singled out as a failure these struggles are real at any nursing home across the nation. CNA's are the blood of these establishments, treat them fair. My parent worked and volunteered for this community for over 40 years in different programs for domestic abuse, career vocational schools, welfare and city hall itself. It's a shame the community she supported is now wanting to do away with her home. Even if you do not have a family member in a nursing home please take a moment to sign this and let the county know that this community cares about the elderly and they deserve to not have to worry about this. RBNH is one of the better choices out there in the community, save their home!!!

This is one of the cleaner,safer, better nursing homes around here!! I really think you should look into closing ones with a lot of violations! Non compliant nursing homes! Accidental deaths malnutrition under staffed smelly homes!!

Please save this home from someone buying this facility that is only in it for the money. We need more facilities that take pride in the jobs and not for the money. I know I worked with a lot of facilities in the area. Clean it up and make a lasting home for these people who need your services

As someone who does home care our goal is too keep the seniors in their home, but when the time comes for them that they can no longer safely remain in their homes they need to have options. I know that River Bluff is on of the very few they have have. I feel to sell it would be a disservice to the community.

As a resident and voter of Winnebago County, I hereby request that Winnebago County do NOT sell the River Bluff Nursing Home. it's unethical and profits are negligible. I'm sure a little digging will show us who is really going to profit here, and how will that look in the next election?

I was a CNA, a way to keep them is not to shove 18 patients on their care list. We become nursing assistants to help, you barely have time to be kind to the patients. They need higher pay and a time off package. CNA’s can be the patients best friend, if time allowed, instead, the schedule forces them to rush.

The residences of River Bluff are the foundation of our community and they should be respected and not have their homes pulled out from under them.
