Although I am not a resident of Winnebago County, I have visited River Bluff many times. They do an excellent job caring for their residents. Please do not sell River Bluff!

Riverbluff is home to the elderly and disabled that have no other home! Do no outsource or privatize ! Do not sell. This is not a business it is a home. Not a money maker. Don't punish the residents for the mistakes of other
