Running deer and other game with dogs has long been a part of my family, and many other family's heritage. Being in a county that hunting with a rifle is prohibited, running dogs is very important in controlling deer population. Responsible hunters and hunt clubs are courteous towards landowners when retrieving dogs from their property. Please sign this petition in order to keep this very important part of Virginia's heritage alive for many generations to come.

People in the state of Virginia have been hunting with hounds since this state even became a state if y'all do pass this law you will have many hunters stop hinting and the deer population will be outta control..How many people already get killed each year from hitting deer?
