dog hunting has been a way of life for me and my two sons we would not hunt unless we can use our dogs lost revenue for the state ?

We all need to compromise, I like to still hunt, but dog hunting is in my blood. We do have some dog hunters that give the rest a bad name, there is always a bad apple in every bunch as in still hunters to I am sure.

As only one of many dads with young children that hunt, or are starting to get interested in hunting, its going to be hard to keep them interested in hunting if all they can do is still hunt. As far the right to retrieve, us dog hunters have to respect landowners. The land ownerers also need to understand sometimes dogs can get ;injured or stuck on islands in the swamp and we don't want to leave them out no longer than possible. We want to get the dogs home and tend to them. Hunting with dogs in the state of Virginia has been a tradition for hundreds of years, lets work hard to keep it that way. in t
