Glasgow Street provides access to Avalon for all residents and supports a vibrant community - The City of Saskatoon should not close access to Glasgow Street from Clarence simply because traffic volumes on Glasgow are higher than a few Glasgow residents would like. We're a growing city, a busy community, and we want access to our own community. Closing Glasgow Street just moves the traffic to other local streets and roads - it doesn't reduce overall traffic, it just shifts the problem and creates other busier roads.
