please sign my petition to keep cycle lanes free from parked cars i was told that cars are allowed to park on cycle lanes unless there are double yellow lines so we need to fight the council to put double yellow lines down where cycle lanes are to make it safer for cyclists otherwise whats the point of cycle lanes if cars can park on them
