What this monster has done is beyond recognition, he raped a baby and threw her naked from a moving car after being released for other child sex crimes, how is this even a possibly that this guy will get out, PLEASE protect the innocent and lock this vile creature for life, he is a clear and obvious danger to children and young people, THIS IS MADNESS!
