This petition calls on bus company Arriva to stop the axeing of its 377 Bus route from Tilbury to Grays and Lakeside. This petition calls on Arriva - who are to be praised for much of the service they provide across Thurrock - to meet with Thurrock Council and elected ward councillors to provide evidence that the service is not sustainable. If the service is genuinely not sustainable this petition calls on Thurrock Council to step in and fund a bus company to provide a route or work with the Tilbury community to provide an alternative.
