Selena Quintanilla Pérez was brutally gunned down by Yolanda Saldivar in 1995. A Tejano music star, role-model, wife, sister, and friend, Selena was adored for her talent and warm personality. Her murder at the hands of Yolanda Saldivar sent shock waves across the Latino community and the nation.

Justice was served when the court sentenced Saldivar to life in prison for the murder of Selena. Saldivar is currently being held at Mountain View Prison in Texas.

Despite a life sentence, according to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Saldivar, 60, will be eligible for parole in March 2025 possibly allowing her to escape her sentence!

Saldivar is a cold blooded murderer who should NOT be released into the community. We demand JUSTICE for Selena, her family, friends, and fans. Saldivar should not be granted parole and MUST serve her life sentence for murdering Selena Quintanilla Perez.
