There is no alternative motocross site . There are alternative and better sites for Travellers. For example, Lillyhall near Distington, has better road access and is near services.

At a time when local and national government are slashing budgets without concern for community cohesion it's time to stop and think !! This area is being used by people from across west Cumbria entertaining many building skills of riding, mechanics, and many many other skills. BUT MOST OF ALL ITS GIVING THOSE WHO USE IT A MASSIVE AMOUNT OF FUN. Stop working against our community and work with it

hi please this open an let people have there fun in bikes we won't have no were else to go and this is a good track we can't go on field without getting our bikes taken away from us this track is only our place to ride thanks joe :(

Me and my kids have been using these tracks for years because they are local and doesn't cost a fortune.

Keep the track open .It will keep everyone off the main road. You can also keep an eye on the kids safety.

This track defo needs saved as if they close it there will be no were to ride and every would just use public place like roads cycle track etc

Would be a shame to see it closed, it gives familys a place to go and stops crime. Great place for the kids to learn bike saftey and hiw to ride.
