Don't ruin my country view. That's why I live in the country. If I wanted to see tall objects that block my view of the sky and sunset and sunrise I'd move to the city.

What no one is stating, is APEX is the builder that is going to sell the contract to someone else after build. Who will you be dealing with then? Not a good deal in the long run. Giving up 100 ft of airspace above your ground to whom??
