Will is a good person.And I don't see why that slapping incident at the awards night should ruin his reputation.No one is perfect. Besides Chris Rock should now know that he should stop this habit of making jokes about sick people especially if they are present on the show and watching.you cracking your jokes.I think he himself invited that slap from Will to wake him up.

Please don't throw away good talent. Will is worth your investment. Will made a mistake as Jazzy said Will had a lapse in judgment he is human and from time to time we all make mistakes I know I made a few. BUT there is something called GRACE and MERCY which we all are entitled too. Will's career has been stellar has has given more than 100% in every project that he has taken and we the viewers have enjoyed his work be it music, videos, or movie screen. Please maintain your projects with Will Smith he's worth it. Oscar Academy please reduce the banning time of 10-years which seems so out-of-place and what is expected if you maintain the 10-years a year with anger management classes seems more appropriate. Also, don't take away his Oscar he won the Oscar for his body of work not that unfortunate behavior. What happened that night is not Willard Smith he is a man with a heart for the people. He is very humble and he is going through a rough-patch please don't destroy him.
Please allow Will Smith to continue to grace the movies screen he won't let you down.
