Do not destroy our beautiful area. Keep it green. No need to turn Westerly into a concrete jungle.

I saw over devolpment destroy several beautiful communities in South Florida. Once the green is gone there's no going back.

I reside on Tom Harvey Rd, abutting the golf course. I am against proposed development of the property and any proposed changes to current zoning. Keep the greenspace and the golf course.

He claims he needs the accessories to earn money to improve the course. Why not use the money he would spend to build the accessories. Fake excuses! Don’t believe him!

Save the only public golf course and surrounding beauty in this town. Please limit commercial development in this area - there are a number of well designed and beautiful community where middle income families can live while the surround areas of Watch Hill and Weekapaug are for the wealthy. We are fortunate to have the Westerly Land Trust, foundation and some wealthy residents who help to preserve our town and have ensure we don't end up with empty main streets (so we are very fortunate). Please consider the voices of the citizens who love this town and want to keep it's amenities and charm.

Green space is vital to the health and well-being of any community, but even more so when the land abuts wetlands or other established stands of trees.

Please do not allow this. As a neighbor down the road, I do not want to see large scale development in this beautiful area. It will have a negative impact on the environment and will lead to unnecessary congestion on our roads.

The addition of "Workforce Housing," "Lodging," "Golf Villas," "Guest Cottages" and "Hotel Suites" in close proximity to residential neighborhoods will have a negative impact on our quality of life. Keep Westerly Green!

We already have enough resorts in town. A public golf course is needed for all the visitors and locals to go. It's a wonderful place for kids to learn at an affordable price. The current owner has been trying to run it into the ground by not taking care of it and members have left because of the declining conditions. It would be great if the town (or someone) could take this beautiful course over and return it to its former state.
