For a company that built a motorcycle and earned it's way to be the new American motorcycle 10 years ago. This is in my opinion is a nail in the coffin for Polaris motorcycles including the Indian line up. So much for the American pride that myself and many others have in riding the best made American motorcycle. I will still hold to my pride but no longer any respect to Polaris.

My husband rides the most beautiful Cross country tour. We get compliments wherever we go. We have converted many. Greatest bike he's owned. I was planning to pick up an 8 Ball. Keep the Victory line alive. Kill the gimmicky Sling shot!

Cutting Victory after producing the Octane is counter intuitive. You have introduced a new market to your brand, and then you shut down your brand.

Victory could be such a tough competitor to HD, but marketing and service are its downfall. Boost your service and you'll have no problems competing with HD.

I think this is a mistake. The Indian’s look good in their own way, but the comfort of my Vic is unmatched.
