I have relied on Sony Vegas Pro for 15 years for a huge range of video, DVD and web-based professional projects. These include broadcast documentaries, animations, music videos and software/camera reviews. It is extremely powerful and flexible and is quite simply the fastest way to get from idea to program with professional results. Audio handling in Vegas is unmatched and so intuitive. I have reviewed many versions of Sony Vegas Pro for Australian Videocamera magazine (paper, online and video reviews) and been an active contributor to the Sony Creative Software forums for all of that time. Sony, please realize what an amazing powerhouse Vegas Pro is, and continue to develop and support it. I have purchased every upgrade from Video Factory right through to my current Version 13.
Every time my son and I are forced to dabble with other NLEs we just go - let me get back to Vegas, it's so simple to use!

In my opinion, Sony Vegas Pro is the most intuitive and easy to use NLE available. And its unique and powerful scripting interface allows the user to extend it with all manner of custom plugins not available in other NLEs. This software deserves a future. Please continue to develop and support it.
