This wasn’t needed at all, why would you decide to give us the freedom of wearing whatever we want just to take it back, are you toying with us? We deserve the right to express ourselves through our clothing, this is basically just silencing our creativeness. You’re not the one who’ll have to dress up in uniform, it’s us. We’ve only had free dress code for 2 1/2 years -1/2 because of the school year cut short due to covid and -1 due to virtual school. We’ve barely even had the freedom to at least wear what we want and you’ve already decided to take it away. Do better Southfield Public Schools, this is why we’re one of the lowest ranked districts in the state.

Southfield can’t take away the little bit of pride we have, as a former sfld student i think our new freshman’s and sophomore and ect we should let them have pride and joy meanwhile you take away our bathrooms, take away our passes, take away anything we find joy in, not to mention the lack of teachers actually teaching us and having us have to REPEAT a class due to your teacher system or teachers leaving.
