I would like an optimization that I think is achieved with the new engine but the truth thinking that the mod and add-ons go this makes me sad since it is my favorite games

Please Nelson dont destroy your game is one of my favorites games because i dont have a very good computer so i cant play games 4K so unturned dont need a very good computer.

"If we go ahead with 4.0 you can rest assured you won't lose anything. I'm not completely sure how we'd handle everything yet but there's definitely options - it could be set up on Steam so that it's separate in your library so they can be installed at the same time and with their own savedata/achievements/etc." Via the man himself on the Trello, you will not lose your servers. What most likely will happen if people care this much about how the server system works now, just won't use 4.x and will continue to use 3.x. That is, until modders learn ways on how to do this in Unreal engine 4 (if possible) and then most likely, more people will go to 4.x. The argument of saying you'll lose your servers is invalid.
