We are raw milk producers being plagued by FSA - tests, tests and more tests, not to mention the myriad of spreadsheets with little boxes to tick. Our customers are increasing weekly with their own stories about how raw milk has helped with asthma, hay fever, psoriasis, IBS, weight problems, children's behavioural problems etc etc..Some of our customers have even been sent by their GPs!!!!!!

I make hard and soft cheese and yogurt and use as much whey as possible, and culture my own starters. Never any problems.

I fully endorse this as raw foods are essential for healthy living, pottenger's cats displays this point marvellously.

I recently heard that at the same time that Louis Pasteur created pasteurisation, another scientist said that if pasteurisation went ahead, we would start to have bone troubles. And we have done, the minerals are not available in the same way as when raw.

I am 70 years of age and until I was 16 never drank anything but raw milk. I, nor my siblings seem to have come to any harm from this and would rather have this than any of the 'frankenfoods foods' that those who think they know better would like to foist upon us.

raw milk is so much better;
- the milk turns to very tasty curds and whey, both good to eat and drink, instead of becomming horrible and inedible as pasteurized milk does as it ages.
Tastes much better
More easily digested

If it is regulated, it should be safe.

I understand why milk was pasteurised due to unsanitary and unsafe conditions. But can't see why a regulated market of Organic Raw milk shouldn't be supported.
