PCM Parking Control Management are a scam company with hundreds of CCJ's against them. They give anyone they feel like tickets and then send threatening letters to their homes. There are literally hundreds of threads on Money Saving Expert about them. They will rip so many people off if you allow them to take control of the car park. The management company have no right to do this. They have a duty of care to serve the best interests of residents. Only a land owner has the authority to charge for parking. PCM should not even be allowed on our land. The management company have made a very bad decision using this company - without ever consulting the residents they are serving.

Security for the flats is high priority but charging the residents is not appreciated. Let it dealt in other way by providing dedicated space for each flat and with visitor tickets (limited yearly) allocating visitor spaces. Thank you AK - Flat 46

Good idea . Even though I don't own a car I strongly support. There is more security concern for the ground floor residents which needs to be acted upon
