Removing Trudy from our school just the thought has sent my child into flowing tears. Keep her where the students know her and love her.
Do what's right for these kids please.

Mrs.Cederwall is a very sweet wonderful Friendly principle. Her Philosophy towards the children and staff is Beautiful!
She is very wecoming and kind. She supports and guides the children with a Positive Attitude; which I believe as an ECE College Student that is what Being a Good ROLE MODEL for children should act like.
Having a positive attitude will create positive friendships and behaviours; just like what Trudy Cederwall is modelling within the hallways and school grounds.
"Code of Ethics: Ethical Standards"
> Care: Includes Compassion, Acceptance, Interest and insight for developing students potential.
> Respect: Includes Trust and Fair-Mindedness.
> Trust: Embodies Fairness, Openness, and Honesty
> Integrity: Honesty, Reliability, and Moral Action are embodied.
Which she shows and follows all of these standards!
She is apart of the School. Whenever I walk into St. Louis School, it is very welcoming. Everyone is smiling and in a good attitude. Honestly, the school looks like a huge Family. All the students get along well and Because of Trudy Cederwall and Other Educators; made that all happen together as a "Team" and they all "Collaborated" positively.
Please KEEP Trudy Cederwall as the Principle of St. Louis School. That school will not be the same without her!

Every single morning Trudy greats everyone who enters her school with a huge smile and positive words. I have 3 children who go to her school and they adore her! St. Louis is the amazing school it is today because of its leader and staff. Trudy goes the extra mile for her students not cause she has to but because she wants to. This winter she walked her kids down to rink for hockey skills everytime not one but twice in a day. She's rarely seen in her office because she is actively involved in the kids education . Her school is the only one who puts on Christmas performences and musicals and knock it out of the park every single time. Please keep Trudy at her school she deserves to be there and she has the relationships with children and the parents. St. Louis isn't just a school it's a family and if you take her away a huge piece will be missing from us all

This has been the worst news! In the passed 6 years plus 3 previous year when my nephew first started to attended St.Louis I KNEW that very moment I wanted my own children to attend this amazing little school with a BiG heart!
MRS Cederwall is the BIGGEST heart behind this little school & has always made every event over and beyond expectations! From the Special sit down Christmas Dinners to any type of fundraising event, & CHRISTMAS CONCERTS (St. LOuis was one of the only elementary schools that had this for their students this year) She always puts her students first & always treats everyone amazing ! I Know I haven't heard of one complaint in all these years ! This is one principal that I KNOW would leave an amazing memory with each and everyone of her students hearts & St Louis just wouldn't be the same without her
I don't want to see her at a different school , she belongs with St. Louis !

I had the honour of working with Trudy for 3 years, and working with the amazing family at St. Louis. This is where Trudy belongs! Every day her heart fills the school with light, love and laughter. She has s connection with each and every stupid along with their families. The staff is treated as if they were her family. Keep Trudy with the family she loves to dearly!

As the Grandmother of four children who attend St Louis school I am saddened to hear that the school board feels they should move such a wonderful principal from a school where she has been for so long. Please allow her to stay and finish her career with the school and children she loves. It is absolutely CRUEL AND UNNECESSARY for a move like this, this woman has spent so many hours with these children as a caring role model for these children, the board is doing a disservice to the children and Trudy with this move. Change your minds, please!

St. Louis would not be the school it is without Trudy. Our motto the little school with the big heart is very fitting and she is one of our key factors and I am saddened with this decision. She greets every student in the morning by name and makes everyone feel so very welcome, she is every students sunshine and there are a lot of our children that are r ally quite upset by this decision and don't understand why she has to leave. I agree with a previous comment, Please don't try and fix what isn't broken. KEEP TRUDY, let her finish her career with the children she has guided and grown to love and let the children give her a proper send off to retirement.

Trudy is an amazing principal who should not have to leave the school she has poured her heart and soul into. Please keep Trudy at St.Louis! St.Louis will suffer a great loss if she leaves. The school's amazing climate and positive morale are in large part because of Trudy's efforts. Please don't try to "fix what isn't broken"!
