Everyone wether they are ill or not, should have the right to stay at their home rather than going into aa care home if they wish.
Taking someone away from the place they know and live is wrong.
If those with a disibility or health problem want to be looked after in their own home, it’s wrong to take that choice away from them.
Nobody should be forced into a care home against their wishes regardless of the situation.
Pleas let this man stay in his own home.

Tony has the right to live his life to the fullest , if it's 24 hour care that is required this is what Tony should get . NDIS has to stop playing with PWD's lives & start doing what they where put there to do, help those in need. The wastage of money so far could have helped 1000's of Tony's.

This problem is so common. Assessment procedures need to be reviewed. When I was working towards having my granddaughter assessed through a different govt department, I realised through conversations and interviews, that clerical staff did an initial sift through the applications with a list of black and white keywords or phrases. Those without those keywords were not passed on for further assessment. Wrong. We are dealing with many more than 50 shades of grey here, which all need consideration for a genuine case-by-case assessment. Black and White rules don't - and can't be seen to - cut the mustard. They are fellow Human Beings folks!
