Yet another example of the adulterated NDIS failing the very PEOPLE it's meant to support.

I am absolutely sick to death of hearing stories like this one. ALL NDIS planners need to start standing up for people who have significant disabilities. The NDIS is supposed to help them not persecute them. Make sure it does the job. If the pollies aren't coming to the party do the only humane thing and VOTE THEM OUT.

People with disabilities are suffering under the NDIS scheme making it harder to maintain independence

Is there any wonder there is a multi-billion dollar under spend? The NDIS is designed to care for people with disabilities not behave like a corporate banking organisation!

My wife has freidrichs ataxia, she is still able to get around at the moment, but the day will come where she will be in a similar situation. Although she has me to assist her, so long as my health stays good.

Enough is enough. The government have forgotten what there position as a pollie is. It's to protect and care for the citizens as well as this country.

You say the ND IS is about helping people with disabilities. From where I sit it means more rules and regs so you can slim down a burgeoning antiquated system so your fiscal figures look good. Stop sending aid to everyone else and look after our aged and disabled folk FIRST !

He has the right to a full life as any person. If he needs aid to help achieve this, then he has every right to receive it.
