My 69 year old wife has FA & gets no NDIS (too old) she has to contend with only 10 Hours per week under the maximum aged care at home plan. 10 hours equates to only 5 hours help as hoist transfer clients are mandated to have 2 PCs. She is also ineligible for the COS program.
