Tony is a very vulnerable man and desperately needs more help. By not received by correct care this mans life is being put in danger. The NDIS needs to immediately review have s cade. Thank you

That is one of the main problems .Need to know what they are dealing with. With a qualified person he would of got enough hours to get out of bed ,Have meals and go to bed but did not get the Basics

Get qualified people assessing medical cases and conditions. Public Servant Clerks are just following a script and have no clue about the physical aspects of medical conditions and they shouldn't be expected to.
