The whole NDIS situation needs to be reviewed and brought back up to date with how disabilities affect everyone differently and especially invisible disabilities. NDIS have taken us all back to the Dark Ages and are labelling us and lumping us all in the same pigeon hole. It's a Disgrace!

It is reasonable and necessary for participants to be wholly supported to remain in their own home

Needs that are not met jeopardise the safety and well-being of dependent people. Dignity and care should not suffer because they are easy targets for funding cuts.

I believe that the NDIS is suppose to make it easier for people with severe disability to be able to access services. How can we justify such a rollout if people receive less services?

Absolutely entitled and clearly reasonable and necessary in his suturatuon. Morrison needs to be reminded of his statement that the ndis is fully funded. An absolute lie and one that impacts on this gentlemen and many others. Lack of staff and funding is what's driving this approach to fit a one shoe fits all approach to disability. It's not what the ndis was built on and clearly against aspects of the legislation.

Exactly - a life not defined by our disability, not merely a plant to be watered, but to live fully! Buy this, we will be alive and glorious!

It sounds like the supports that Tony needs and is asking for are reasonable and necessary.

This really scares me, my son is 18 and has severe cerebral palsy, we are also at review as he needs 24 hour care and has been given 4 hours a day and sleep over for nights when he needs alert night care. What happens when our son is 63 - will they treat him like Tony. Shameful - all my love to you Tony and thank you to the carers donating their hours until this gets fixed.
